Support and privacy
Match Spiral is made by one person, and that person reads every message. Bug reports, stuck levels, purchase trouble, or a leaderboard name that should not be there, all of it goes to the same inbox.
If you are reporting a bug, your device model and the level number help more than anything else.
My progress disappeared. Progress is tied to the device. Reinstalling on the same device usually restores it. If it does not, email the address above and include your player ID, which you can find in Settings.
I paid but did not get my coins. Purchases are verified with Apple before anything is granted, and a slow network can leave a gap. Reopen the game first. If it is still missing after that, email us with the receipt Apple sent you.
How do lives work? They refill on their own over time, at no cost and with no waiting required beyond that. Refills can also be bought in the shop if you would rather not wait.
Someone has an offensive name on the leaderboard. Names are filtered when they are set, but no filter catches everything. Email us the name and it will be dealt with.
Can I delete my data? Yes. Email us from any address and say so. See below for what there is to delete.

Match Spiral is a puzzle game. It does not sell your personal information to anyone. It collects what it needs to save your game, run the leaderboard, see which levels are too hard, and measure the advertising that brings players to it.
What follows is what the game collects and who else sees it.
You do not create an account to play. On first launch the game asks your device for its own identifier and uses that to make an anonymous player account, so your progress has somewhere to live. This is a device identifier, not an advertising one, and it is not linked to your name, your email, or your Apple ID.
If you set a display name and pick an avatar, both are public. They appear on the leaderboard to every other player. Please do not use your real name or anything you would not want strangers to see. Names are screened for offensive content when you set them.
The game records your progress and gameplay statistics so it can save your game, run the leaderboard, and tell which levels are too hard. That includes levels completed and stars earned, coins earned and spent, lives, best chain, play time, sessions, power-ups used, and how many attempts a level took.
Gameplay events are also recorded, such as a level starting, a level being completed or failed, and a power-up being used. Each of these carries your app version, platform, device model, operating system version, and a timestamp. This is used to balance the game and to understand how the game is doing overall.
Match Spiral advertises itself on other apps and websites, including on Facebook and Instagram. To tell which advert brought a player to the game, and to judge whether that advertising is worth paying for, the game shares installation and event data with Meta and with similar measurement partners. This is called attribution, and it is why the game knows an advert worked without knowing who you are.
The game may also show advertising inside itself in future. It does not today.
On iOS none of this uses your advertising identifier unless you allow it. Apple asks you directly, in a prompt from the system. If you say no, or never answer, your advertising identifier is not used and is not shared with anyone. The game still counts installs and events in a way that cannot identify you. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Your answer changes nothing about what the game costs or how it plays.
If you buy something, Apple handles the payment. Match Spiral never sees your card, your billing address, or your Apple ID. The purchase receipt Apple issues is checked to confirm the purchase was real, and the game records that a purchase happened so it can grant what you bought.
The game does not ask for your email in order to play. If you choose to link an email and password so your progress survives a lost device, that address is stored with your player account and used for nothing else. No newsletters, no marketing.
These companies handle data on the game's behalf.
This list changes as the game changes. When a company is added or removed, the date at the top of this section changes with it.
Match Spiral is a puzzle game for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and it is not offered in Apple's Kids Category. The game does not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13.
If you believe a child has given us personal information, email fuatcankoseoglu@gmail.com and it will be deleted.
The one thing to know as a parent is that display names and avatars are visible to other players on the leaderboard.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to see the data held about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to object to how it is used. If you are in California, you have the right to know what is collected and to ask for it to be deleted, and Match Spiral does not sell personal information. Use the email address above for any of these.
Player data is kept while the game is being played. Email fuatcankoseoglu@gmail.com to ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, and it will be actioned. Deleting the app alone does not remove data already saved to the cloud, so send the email if that is what you want.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top of this section changes with it.

By playing Match Spiral you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not play.
Match Spiral is licensed to you to play on your own devices, for your own enjoyment. It is not sold to you. You may not copy it, take it apart, or sell access to it.
Coins, lives, and bundles are for use inside the game only. They have no value outside it, they cannot be exchanged for money, and they are not transferable. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are Apple's to give under their own terms. If an item is bought and never arrives, email us and it will be put right.
The display name and avatar you choose are public on the leaderboard. Do not use anything offensive, anything that impersonates someone else, or anything you would not want strangers to see. Names that break this can be reset or removed without warning.
Do not modify the game, use tools to play it for you, or interfere with the leaderboard. Accounts doing so can be reset or closed.
Progress is stored on your device and in the cloud, and every reasonable effort is made to keep it. This is a game made by one person, and no guarantee is offered that saved data can never be lost. Keep that in mind before spending.
Levels, prices, features, and rewards can change, and the game may one day stop being updated or be withdrawn. Notice will be given where it is practical to do so.
Match Spiral is provided as it is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, its maker is not liable for any loss arising from playing it. Nothing here removes rights the law gives you where you live.
Everything goes to fuatcankoseoglu@gmail.com.
